Renee Bradley and Emerson Mendez established Interior Restoration, Inc. in 2002 to restore historic homes in Long Island, NY, and to build new structures that are in keeping with the architecture of the area. Their greatest professional satisfaction comes from bringing their clients’ dreams to reality.

Emerson is a master carpenter and foreman specializing in residential renovations and restoration of luxury dwellings in Long Island’s North Shore. He has more than 15 years of experience in quality finishing and construction practices in both Manhattan and Long Island high end properties.

Renee is a native Long Islander from Old Brookville where her family lovingly cared for their 1800’s colonial farm house and property.  She was exposed early to the level of detail and the management skills needed to maintain an original North Shore home and the surrounding grounds. Renee has restored homes in towns including Huntington, Muttontown, Syosset, Laurel Hollow, Oyster Bay, Cold Spring Harbor, Locust Valley, Old Westbury and Lloyd Harbor.
