Organize logistics and temporary facilities

Arrange to move water, electrical and septic services

During Construction:

Monitor Schedule

Inform customer regularly of construction progress

Return phone calls and answer questions promptly

Provide supervision on site

Coordinate subcontractors who regularly work with our team

Schedule building inspections and meet all inspectors on site

Order materials and supplies and store them in orderly fashion

Maintain a clean and orderly work site

Prepare final punch list of finishing touches

Hold final inspection with owner
